What happens when my trial ends?+
You choose a plan to keep publishing. If you don’t, your workspace pauses and scheduled posts stop. Your content stays saved for 30 days.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard and Verve cards, processed securely by Paystack. Your card is kept by Paystack for renewals, and you can change it any time in Settings.
Are prices inclusive of tax?+
Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.
